Job description

DSI Innovations is growing and in search of an Administrative Assistant to support various administrative tasks in our Jacksonville, FL office. The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate will have experience with document creation, Microsoft Word and Excel, proofreading, and/or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems.


Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant Include:

  • Independently write service and control panel quotes

  • Handle entering vendor quotes into budget books

  • Data entry and tracking

  • Working with DSI’s CRM system, Zoho

  • Organizing kickoff meetings

  • Ordering office supplies



Salary Range and Other Benefits for the Administrative Assistant Include:

  • $20-$25 per hour

Job requirements

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant Include:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience with document creation

  • Experience handling budget books, quotes, and ordering office supplies

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Zoho, is a plus

  • Ability to organize meetings

Education Requirements for the Administrative Assistant Include:

  • Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree but not required
